Emergency glass repair

With a broken pane every minute counts: an open facade is cold, unsafe and invites worse. Affiliated glaziers give genuine emergencies priority and often close the opening the same day with an emergency board-up (panel or safety film); single glazing can usually be replaced right away, double glazing is made to measure and follows a few days later.

An emergency repair with board-up usually costs € 150 to € 450, depending on size and time of day. Outside office hours a surcharge applies, and after a heavy storm or hailstorm waiting times can rise across the whole region as everyone calls at once.

While you wait: pick up large shards with gloves, keep children and pets away and take photos of the damage — glass damage is often covered by buildings or glass insurance and you will need those photos.
