A cracked pane, a misted-up insulated unit (condensation between the glass sheets means the unit has failed) or simply new glass in the existing frame: the glazier measures up, orders or cuts the glass to size and fits the pane with fresh sealant or glazing beads.
Expect € 150 to € 1,000 per pane, depending on size and glass type: single glazing sits at the bottom of the band, large double or HR glass at the top. Double glazing is factory-made to measure — lead time is usually a few working days.
Note: this is about the glass in the frame. If the frame itself is rotten or broken, that is carpentry or frame work, not glazing — an honest glazier will say so right away.
